Kelly Osbourne wants to play her mother in a new film

The star is the daughter of hell-raising rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his no-nonsense TV personality wife Sharon. There have been repeated reports a movie of Ozzy’s life is in the works in recent weeks, with Johnny Depp rumoured to be taking the lead. There has also been speculation Colin Farrell could land the part, but Ozzy has said he would prefer an unknown actor from his home city of Birmingham.

Kelly has now waded into the debate, explaining she would love to portray her flame-haired mother on the big screen.
